RideSocial Routes

Venice beach to Santa Monica

360 degree looping video and Mixed Reality environment riding from Venice Beach to the Santa Monica Pier on the bike path boardwalk. Can also be used in VR/cardboard headsets.

Death Valley

360 degree looping video and Mixed Reality environment through California’s Death Valley National Park. Can also be used in VR/cardboard headsets.

Sequoia National Park

360 degree looping video and Mixed Reality environment through California’s awesome Redwood’s in Sequoia National Forest. Can also be used in VR/cardboard headsets.

Ireland And Scotland

Looping video and Mixed Reality environment. Highlands ride through Glen Cochill, Glen Quaich, Loch Freuchie, Glen Artney, Comrie, Blair Castle, Moulin. Dip south of Border to Culross in Scotland. In part 2, the Black Valley and Killarney National Park, Ireland.

Swiss Alps And Tuscany

Looping video and Mixed Reality environment. Ride through mountainside around Grindelwald and Interlaken, Switzerland, including on the Grosse Scheidegg. In part 2 ride through countryside around the south of Florence and Pienza in Tuscany, Italy.

Tibet and Guilin

Looping video and Mixed Reality environment through some of China’s most stunning landscape. Ride around the Ganden Monastery and the plateau and plains in Tibet, and then countryside around Guilin and Yangshuo, next to the Li River, in Guangxi province, China.

Southern California

Looping video and Mixed Reality environment of some of California’s best national parks. Ride through Death Valley National Park, Sequoia National Forest, and the Joshua Tree National Park, California, USA.

Banff

Ride after a snowfall on the Icefields Parkway in Banff and Jasper National Park, Rocky Mountains, Alberta, Canada. Looping video and Mixed Reality environment.

360 VR

Certain routes are also in 360 VR so you can view them on mobile VR headsets like Google Cardboard. The Samsung Gear VR enabled version of RideSocial will be released summer 2017.

Tracking

For tracking, RideSocial can connect directly via Bluetooth to a number of high quality manufacturers.

Currently compatible equipment includes Bluetooth enabled trainers from Schwinn and Life Fitness and also cadence trackers from Wahoo, Milestone and Polar.
